PRO-K9’S Pack Walking
Monday - Thursday Pack Walks $50
Our adventures typically last a minimum of 2 hours, not including driving time. During these outings, the packs and I explore various pathways, bush trails, and tracks. Throughout the journey, we focus on practicing social manners, conducting day-to-day training exercises, and honing both general and advanced obedience skills.
Service areas
We service Palmerston North and Ashhurst, Monday through Thursday. These areas provide a diverse array of landscapes and environments for the dogs to explore, including urban streetscapes, serene parks, and lush green spaces. Whether it's navigating through city streets or meandering along tranquil trails, our outings are thoughtfully curated to cater to the dynamic needs and preferences of the dogs.
Things to know
Prior to joining, all new dogs are required to undergo a one-on-one session ($85). This initial session serves multiple purposes: establishing a bond with each dog, introducing basic pack rules, addressing any behavioral concerns, and assessing the dog's suitability for group activities and whether ongoing training is necessary. Additionally, there is a contract containing terms and conditions that must be signed before participation.

Safety
Ensuring the safety of your dog and the public is my utmost priority. I am committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure that every pack walk is both safe and successful. In some cases, if your dog is not deemed suitable for the pack walk, their participation may be temporarily suspended until further training has been completed.
Where we visit
Our destinations vary based on factors such as the day's conditions, weather, and the temperament of the dogs. We may venture to scenic beaches, tranquil riversides, winding forest trails, bustling town streets, and sprawling grassy hills. Each location offers unique opportunities for exploration, enrichment, and tailored activities to ensure an engaging and fulfilling experience for both the dogs and their human companions.
